LX aims to add value to service or products we provided. Except mold design and construction, LX is capable of turning customers′ design into final products by injection, compression, etc. Let′s cite an example of cell phone housing making. When mold construction finished, procedures like injection, spray-painting, silk-screen painting, laser engraving are able to proceed smoothly. We try to carry on as much as more procedures in one factory for the convenience of process control and quality control, as well as lessen the buyer′s sourcing cost. Besides, we usually provide on site assembly assistance and are responsible for maintenance.
LX now has 1500 employees, 120 of them are OC team members. Our production process is strictly guided by ISO9001: 2000 and our final parts conform with RoHS standard. What does mostly differentiate us from other competitors is our preventive control system, a system that prevents variables met frequently in producing process.
